Job description

Engineered Materials Solutions is looking for skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Machine Operators to join our dynamic production team!
Position Summary:
The Manufacturing Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up machines, monitoring operations, and performing routine inspections to detect any issues early and prevent downtime. Operates equipment in the manufacturing production area such as press, annealing, slitter, bonding mill, or rolling mill. Measure and check materials and parts essential to the manufacture and test of a given product. This may include, test equipment, inspect machines and other related equipment. Follows Standard Operating Procedures.
Responsibilities:
  • Performs various operations on a wide variety of parts, including complex, delicate parts of exacting tolerances.
  • Must be able to work from prints and route cards.
  • Inspect parts and gauge material.
  • Set up and maintain various machines.
  • Use various measuring instruments such as micrometers and verniers.

May perform preventative maintenance on equipment as scheduled.
  • Maintain acceptable level of housekeeping order and cleanliness in area.
  • Maintain production records and make data entries into computer systems
  • Wear all required PPE at all times.
  • Other duties as required

Education and Experience:
  • High School or Equivalent related experience
  • Related machine experience require
