Job description

Chemical Machine Operator

We are looking for an individual who will be a vital part of our operation, ensuring that our quality products are available to our customers when they need them. Our Machine Operators are of the highest integrity and share our values, with a commitment to strive to do a better job today than we did yesterday. The position is on night shift (Non-rotating, 8 hour shifts, 11:00 pm- 7:00 am).

Your Responsibilities:

  • Read and follow directions via batch sheet.
  • Responsible for mixing raw materials and adjusting mixing process when needed.
  • Monitor all aspects of machine operations and assist your team-member.
  • Troubleshoot basic equipment problems.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Collect samples from batch for Quality Control testing.
  • Obtain and use the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as instructed.

Our Requirements:

  • High School Degree or GED preferred.
  • At least 1 year of chemical machine operator experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of computer skills needed. SAP knowledge preferred.
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and organization skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
