Aluminum Die Cast Technician | Run the Machines. Own the Quality. Keep Production Moving.

Ready to step onto the floor and take charge of high-powered die cast machines?

We’re looking for a skilled Aluminum Die Cast Technician who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll operate and fine-tune die cast machines, keep quality tight, support the team, and help deliver precision aluminum parts every shift.

What You’ll Do
  • Operate and monitor die cast machines plus ancillary equipment (mini vibe, vacuum, jet cooling, etc.)
  • Review and adjust machine settings daily against process sheets—then document every change
  • Complete start-up checklists, run logs, gap sheets, and quality audits throughout the shift
  • Inspect machines, trim presses, and the work area for safety issues and fix what you can
  • Monitor die spray, water systems, and lubes while maintaining control charts
  • Partner with QA on porosity checks and make real-time adjustments
  • Assist the SMED team with die changes, tool setups, machine start-ups, and first-piece approvals
  • Support production associates with quality standards, ERP questions, and machine issues
  • Keep the area 5S-ready and help with HAZMAT/spill containment when needed
  • Continuously build your die cast expertise
What You Bring
  • Forklift and overhead crane certification
  • Lockout/Tagout Authorized Personnel training
  • Electrical awareness training
  • Basic computer skills (and willingness to grow them)
  • Ability to follow written/oral instructions and communicate clearly and respectfully
  • Preferred: knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems
  • Strong decision-making and a safety-first mindset
Physical amp; Work Environment

This is a hands-on production role. You’ll stand and walk most of the shift, climb steps/ladders, lift up to 50 lbs, and work around hot metal, industrial equipment, and temperature swings. Weekend and overtime work may be required to meet production needs.
