Job description

We are actively seeking a Full Time Distribution Specialisto join our Chicago branch. The employee is responsible for preparing payroll packages,envelopes, and shipping to our clients in an efficient and accurate way.

What you'll do:

  • Handling and preparing payroll packages for clients
  • Shipping/ Receiving documents, packages and other clientrelated shipments
  • Reporting, escalating or addressing any potential issuesaffecting clients/shipments
  • Assist Branch Management with the day to day tasks of thebranch
  • Assisting customers with payroll as needed
  • Customer support via email and phone as needed
  • Data entry and support as needed for other branchdepartments
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and customers

What you bring to the table:

  • Ability to meet pick-up and shipment windows
