Job description

We are actively seeking a Full Time Distribution Specialist to join our Chicago branch. The employee is responsible for preparing payroll packages,envelopes, and shipping to our clients in an efficient and accurate way.

What you'll do:

  • Handling and preparing payroll packages for clients
  • Shipping/ Receiving documents, packages and other clientrelated shipments
  • Reporting, escalating or addressing any potential issuesaffecting clients/shipments
  • Assist Branch Management with the day to day tasks of thebranch
  • Assisting customers with payroll as needed
  • Customer support via email and phone as needed
  • Data entry and support as needed for other branchdepartments
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and customers
  • Requires regular lifting of 15-20 pounds
