Job Purpose:
- The primary purpose of the Hot Meals Driver position at LIFECARE ALLIANCE is to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of meals and other assigned items to clients in Central Ohio. Utilizing a personal vehicle, the driver plays a crucial role in supporting the well-being of clients by providing essential nutrition and resources directly to their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver ordered meals and other assigned items to clients in Central Ohio using a personal vehicle.
- Verify the accuracy of orders by checking and counting meals and beverages prior to delivery.
- Load meals, cases of Ensure, written materials, client contribution envelopes, and other necessary items into the vehicle for delivery.
- Ensure all deliveries are executed with care, maintaining the integrity and quality of the meals and items.
- Interact professionally and courteously with clients, ensuring a positive experience and addressing any immediate concerns or questions they may have.
- Maintain an accurate log of deliveries, including any client interactions or issues encountered during the delivery process.
- Adhere to all company and safety protocols, including maintaining confidentiality and discretion in handling client information.
- Communicate effectively with the LIFECARE ALLIANCE team to report any delivery issues or client needs that require attention.
