Utilizing a personal vehicle, the driver plays a crucial role in supporting the well-being of clients by providing essential nutrition and resources directly to their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver ordered meals and other assigned items to clients in Central Ohio using a personal vehicle.
- Verify the accuracy of orders by checking and counting meals and beverages prior to delivery.
- Load meals, cases of Ensure, written materials, client contribution envelopes, and other necessary items into the vehicle for delivery.
- Ensure all deliveries are executed with care, maintaining the integrity and quality of the meals and items.
- Interact professionally and courteously with clients, ensuring a positive experience and addressing any immediate concerns or questions they may have.
- Maintain an accurate log of deliveries, including any client interactions or issues encountered during the delivery process.
- Adhere to all company and safety protocols, including maintaining confidentiality and discretion in handling client information.
- Communicate effectively with the LIFECARE ALLIANCE team to report any delivery issues or client needs that require attention.
