What is an Addie in the workplace?

ADDIE stands for Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. It is not a job title, but rather a framework commonly used in instructional design and training development. Professionals who use the ADDIE model systematically create effective educational and training programs by following its five phases. The model helps ensure learning experiences are well-structured and meet organizational or learner goals.

What are the 5 steps of the ADDIE model?

The ADDIE model, used in instructional design and training development, consists of five phases: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Addie helps trainers and educators systematically create effective learning experiences by following these steps. Understanding each phase ensures thorough planning and assessment of training programs.
