MOVE FORWARD WITH VOLT
Volt is immediately hiring for a Warehouse Operations Coordinator, in South Bend, IN.
As a Warehouse Operations Coordinator, you will be:
  • Manage daily fulfillment and shipping from the HQ office.
  • Coordinate with UPS representatives to ensure daily pickups are completed.
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts for samples, marketing materials, packaging supplies, and another HQ inventory.
  • Monitor packaging and shipping supplies and reorder as needed.
  • Enter and maintain shipment tracking information in the ERP system.
  • Track orders and shipments through customer portals and internal systems.
  • Maintain IT equipment inventory and communicate equipment or supply needs.
  • Assist with resolving shipping, inventory, and fulfillment issues.
  • Maintain operational trackers and records as needed.
  • Support the Operations team with additional day-to-day tasks and project.

This is a full-time contract opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Experience of warehouse operations like Shipping/Logistics.
  • Experience of administrative support.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel (data, trackers, and reports)

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • UPS WorldShip experience.
  • ERP experience (any ERP system).
  • Experience with Sage, SAP, or similar systems.
  • Experience of supply chain experience or supply chain knowledge.

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour.
