Job description

Are you ready to orchestrate the future of healthcare ad tech execution?

At CMI Media Group, we are the leading media planning and buying partner for the worldโ€™s most influential pharmaceutical and life sciences brands. Because we operate in highly regulated environments, precision isn't just a goalโ€”it is our baseline.

We are seeking a visionary Senior Vice President, Campaign Management & Execution to lead, scale, and modernize our trafficking and ad operations department. You will lead a high-performing team of execution experts, serving as the ultimate guardian of data integrity, enterprise-level taxonomy, and bulletproof QA.

This is not a passive maintenance role. You will bridge ad tech innovation with operational excellence, moving our agency away from manual setups toward bulk operations, API-driven workflows, and AI-assisted QA. If you are an entrepreneurial leader who thrives on turning complex data chaos into a seamless, high-velocity engine, you belong in our orchestra.

What Youโ€™ll Do:
  • Scale the Orchestra: Direct, mentor, and scale a multi-layered campaign trafficking team, setting the standard for a collaborative, high-performing culture.
  • Architect Taxonomy & Governance: Design and enforce rigid, enterprise-level naming conventions and data classification frameworks across Search, Social, Programmatic, and emerging channels to power clean downstream analytics and machine learning.
  • Pioneer Ad Tech Innovation: Partner with Ad Tech and engineering teams to pilot automated workflows, custom templates, and AI-assisted validation tools, reducing manual workloads.
  • Establish Bulletproof QA: Build a world-class Quality Assurance framework tailored to professional healthcare and consumer compliance standards, ensuring near-zero error rates.
  • Own the Modern Signal Environment: Provide deep foundational guidance on server-side tracking, GTM frameworks, CAPI, and privacy-first measurement solutions.
Who You Are:
  • The Enterprise Ad Ops Master: You have 10+ years of direct experience in ad operations and campaign trafficking (pharma/healthcare or highly regulated markets preferred).
  • The Inspiring Conductor: You have 5+ years of experience managing and developing multi-tiered execution or ad ops teams.
  • Platform Fluent: You possess handsโ€‘on and governance-level knowledge of Google Marketing Platform, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, The Trade Desk, and enterprise governance tools like Claravine.
  • An Innovator: You look at manual workflows and immediately seek a way to automate, script, or bulkโ€‘upload them.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $140,000 to $295,000. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
