As the Creator Growth Operations Manager, you'll drive the enablement, onboarding, and optimization strategies for developers integrating monetization, growth, and advertising solutions, such as rewarded video (RV) ads into their free-to-play (F2P) gaming experiences. You'll combine business development, operations, and busines performance expertise across game monetization and developer enablement to help creators build sustainable, player-first economies.
You'll work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to enhance the developer experience, improve game performance, and simplify integration workflows. Your impact will extend across the ecosystem as developers adopt new monetization products that boost player engagement and unlock new revenue opportunities.
You will:
  • Empower Developers: Guiding creators on best practices for implementing monetization, growth, and ad solutions that enhance player experience and drive sustainable creator earnings.
  • Accelerate Adoption by designing programs that encourage adoption of new monetization and ad products through education, workshops, and incentives.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to identify developer needs, influence product roadmaps, and ensure seamless implementation of monetization and growth tools.
  • Monitor key performance metrics to identify and model opportunities that improve monetization performance, optimize integrations, and elevate developer satisfaction.
  • Advocate for Developers: Representing developer perspectives to shape the future of monetization, growth, and advertising on Roblox.
  • Lead enablement and onboarding for developers integrating monetization, growth, and ad products, ensuring a scalable and frictionless experience.
  • Drive product experimentation for new features to evaluate the true impact on scaled games
  • Provide strategic guidance on incorporating monetization and ad products, such as rewarded video into gameplay loops to balance engagement and revenue.
  • Develop, document, and share best practices that help developers create meaningful, player-first monetization experiences.

You Have:
  • 7+ years of experience in games product management or product operations
  • Deep understanding of free to play with hands-on experience balancing In-App Purchases (IAP) with In-App Advertising (IAA), ensuring they complement rather than cannibalize each other.
  • Proven success collaborating across engineering, product, and business functions to deliver scalable developer solutions.
  • A deep understanding of experimentation with experience running experiments at scale in a production environment
  • Deep creator empathy: understand the needs of the creator and systematically convey needs to internal teams to evolve newly launched features.
  • Scalable Education: Transition from "white-glove" onboarding to "one-to-many" solutions

Nice to Have: Technical Knowledge
  • Familiarity with game monetization and engagement mechanics
  • Understanding of ad tech ecosystems, including APIs, SDKs, and integration workflows.
  • Working knowledge of game engines
  • Experience with performance monitoring tools and dashboards to optimize monetization performance.

For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits as described on this page.
Annual Salary Range
$202,340-$240,980 USD
Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
