Full-Time | On-Site

A growing real estate organization is seeking a detail-oriented, people-focused Assistant Community Manager to support daily operations across a busy multifamily community. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being the operational backbone of a propertyโ€”balancing resident relations, leasing support, financial coordination, and maintenance oversight.

About the Role

Youโ€™ll partner closely with the Community Manager to ensure the property runs smoothly day-to-day. This includes supporting leasing efforts, coordinating maintenance activity, managing resident communication, and helping drive financial and operational performance. Property Operations

ยท Assist with daily operations across the community
