Selution, in partnership with Cordis, specializes in the development of ground-breaking technology and commercialization of advanced drug device combination products for the treatment of coronary and peripheral artery disease. Responsibilities

The Document Controlย Specialistย Iย provides administrative and operational support to the Document Control function.ย This positionย works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure proper management, review, approval, and distribution of controlled documents and quality records; and provides support, coaching to new teammates,ย Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)ย system users on document control process and requirements.ย The role is essential toย maintainingย compliance with internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and audit readiness.ย 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manageย documentย controlย and change control processes, ensuring proper document distributionย and training assessment.ย 
  • Monitorย change orders and associated training assignments to ensureย timelyย completion of trainingย in accordance withย the change order implementation plan.ย 
  • Monitorย and follow up onย change order and periodic document review status to ensureย Key Performance Indicator (KPI)ย goals are met.ย 
  • Provide training and support to PLM users on the change control process.ย 
  • Perform general filing and record keeping for controlled documents and quality records.ย 
  • Assistย with document and data reviewsย asย identifiedย on quality master plan toย ensure completeness and accuracy.ย 
  • Review and maintain documentation logs and indexes on a regular basis to ensure data integrity.ย 
  • Provide support for audit preparation andย participateย in document retrieval during audits.ย 
  • Support onboarding processes related to training and document access.ย 
  • Assistย in continuous improvement initiatives, including CAPA and procedure updates.ย 
  • Perform other quality-related duties as assigned.ย 
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education andย experience;ย or an advanced degree with noย previousย professional experience.ย 
  • Experience working withย documentย control and/or product lifecycleย management systems.ย 
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.ย 
  • Proficiencyย in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).ย 
  • Knowledge of ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, or similar quality system standards.ย 
  • Fluent in Englishย

Preferred Qualifications:ย 

  • 3+ yearsย ofย documentย and change control experienceย inย the regulatedย environment.ย 
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in the Medical Device Industry.ย
