A Train Staffing is hiring a QC Supervisor in Fontana, CA! We are seeking an experienced Quality Control professional to oversee quality inspection processes, maintain operational standards, and lead a team dedicated to ensuring accuracy, compliance, and product quality. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience with quality control procedures, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment.

Job Summary

The QC Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily quality control operations, ensuring products and processes meet company standards and customer expectations. This role leads QC team members, manages inspection activities, identifies quality issues, maintains accurate documentation, and partners with operations teams to implement improvements and maintain a high level of quality throughout the facility.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily Quality Control operations and provide leadership to QC team members.
  • Oversee inspection processes to ensure products meet established quality standards and specifications.
  • Train, coach, and develop QC associates on procedures, policies, and quality expectations.
  • Conduct routine quality inspections, audits, and process reviews.
  • Monitor product accuracy, condition, labeling, packaging, and overall quality requirements.
  • Identify quality issues, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate QC records, reports, inspection results, and documentation.
  • Partner with Operations, Production, Warehouse, and Management teams to resolve quality concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.
  • Review quality trends and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Assist with internal audits, customer requirements, and compliance reviews.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce quality issues.
  • Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and feedback when needed.
  • Promote a culture focused on quality, safety, and accountability.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Quality Control, Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of QC, QA, inspection, or quality-related experience preferred.
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience required.
  • Experience working in a warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing, or production environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of quality control procedures, inspection processes, and documentation requirements.
