Location: Riverwalk Post Acute
Schedule: Part-Time
Compensation: $17.48 - $18.00 per hour
Riverwalk Post Acute is seeking an energetic and compassionate Activities Assistant to join our team. If you are passionate about bringing joy, creativity, and engagement to others, this is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents.
Position Overview
As an Activities Assistant, you will play a key role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by planning and leading engaging activities. You will help create a positive, inclusive environment where residents feel connected, active, and supported.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and implementing daily, weekly, and monthly activity programs
  • Encourage resident participation and adapt activities to meet individual needs
  • Support the setup and decoration of events and special celebrations
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote a vibrant community atmosphere
