Job description

About the Role

As the Brand Activation Manager at MrBeast, you are the operational engine and the "hot standby" for our Brand Activation Leads. We produce high-stakes, unscripted content where plans change by the minute. Your job is to stabilize that chaos.
You manage the logistical and executional reality of complex campaigns end to end, spanning legal compliance, physical logistics, data integrity, and on-set client management. While creative plans may evolve in real time, you ensure that every contractual "must-have" is delivered.
This role is preferably based in the Greenville, NC area and operates 100% in-office, five days per week, except during weeks when production requires weekend work. You will work closely with Production, Legal, Sales, and external clients under tight timelines and shifting conditions.

What You'll Do

Campaign Lifecycle & KPI Intelligence:

    • Track every campaign element from pre-production through final wrap using Monday.com and own the status of complex, high-value deliverables
    • Own the Campaign Wrap Report process for internal archives and external client presentations
    • Collect and validate performance data from internal and external sources (Viewstats, Google Analytics) to update the central KPI database
    • Serve as the primary post-sale liaison to Legal, including sweepstakes and contest rules, scope changes, amended terms, and written client approvals
    • Enforce data integrity across Monday.com and Boostr, ensuring all inputs are clean, standardized, and properly tagged
  • Production Logistics & Asset Management:
    • Manage the physical logistics of productions, including product deliveries to set, contest prizing fulfillment, and inventory tracking
    • Oversee compliance requirements from third parties such as streamers, including legal clearances, music cue sheets, and talent releases
    • Coordinate with editors post-production to ensure all client deliverables are met and timelines are maintained
    • Use AI tools (Gemini Pro, Nano, Veo, Canvas) to streamline administrative workflows and asset management
  • On-Set Execution & Client Management:
    • Act as the immediate backup and right hand to the Brand Activation Lead during shoots, troubleshooting issues so Leads can remain focused on strategy
    • Manage on-set client hospitality and experience with professionalism under pressure
    • Navigate unscripted production environments, guiding clients through necessary pivots while ensuring all contractual deliverables are captured
What We're Looking For
  • 4-6 years of experience in project management or production within high-volume digital media or entertainment
  • Proven ability to manage complex timelines with 50+ simultaneous deliverables
  • Experience managing sweepstakes and contest administration, including official rules, affidavits, and COPPA and FTC compliance
  • Experience managing physical production logistics such as shipping, inventory, and asset tracking at scale
  • Track record of maintaining clean, audit-ready data in project management or CRM systems
  • Deep working knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem, including YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok formats and constraints
  • Comfort using AI and automation tools (Gemini, ChatGPT, NotebookLM, etc.) to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability
  • Expert-level proficiency in Monday.com
  • Proficiency in Google Slides (required)
  • Working knowledge of Google Sheets, Slack, and Boostr
  • Data fluency across Google Analytics (required), Nielsen, Viewstats, and YouTube Data APIs
  • Ability to work in-office five days per week with flexibility for weekend and irregular hours driven by production schedules
  • Valid U.S. driver's license and willingness to drive for production needs
  • Preferred location within driving distance of Greenville, NC; open to NYC or LA-based candidates in a virtual-only capacity

The target total compensation ranges from $115,100 - $165,700, including a fixed annual salary of $91,000 - $137,000, an employee equity plan grant, bonus, plus comprehensive benefits.

Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility.
