Job description

Job Summary:
UST is a mission-driven company focused on transforming lives through technology. They are seeking an experienced Network Architect to design, implement, and support enterprise-grade network environments, ensuring secure and highly available networking solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and manage enterprise network infrastructure, including routing, switching, and scalable data center architectures (Spine-Leaf).
• Architect and support highly available and secure networking environments across on-prem and hybrid landscapes.
• Deploy and manage Aruba/HPE networking solutions, including Controllers, AirWave, Central, ClearPass, and Access Points.
• Configure and optimize routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, MPLS, Multicast, and RIP.
• Implement and manage network services and tools, including F5 GTM/LTM, VPN, SSH, Proxy, IDS/IPS, NetFlow, and QoS.
• Design and support secure network environments, including firewalls, IPSec, SIEM integration, and device hardening.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Strong expertise in networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, IPAM.
• Hands-on experience with routing & switching, including enterprise and data center environments.
• Experience with IPv4 and IPv6 networking.
• Strong knowledge of wireless technologies (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax).
• Proficiency in network security technologies: firewalls, IPSec, IDS/IPS, SIEM.
• Experience with NAT, ACLs, web security, and traffic management.
• Exposure to network monitoring and analytics tools (e.g., NetFlow).
• Solid understanding of WAN, SD-WAN, and global networking architecture.
• Experience with structured cabling and physical infrastructure is a plus.
Preferred:
• Certifications such as Aruba (ACMP/ACSP), CCNP/CCIE, or equivalent.
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise or global environments.
• Exposure to cloud networking (AWS/Azure/GCP) is an added advantage.
