Job description

  • DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
    • The Service Desk Technician is responsible for all types of computer hardware including but not limited to workstations, terminals, printers, modems, phones, and the replacement and repair of same. This position is also responsible for a variety of applications that reside on desktop IT devices. This position will be manning the service desk phones in IT and will be the 1st level of support for all IT related questions, request, and issues.
  • QUALIFICATIONS
    • Professional/Educational
      • High School diploma or equivalent required.
      • College graduate preferred with a major in Computer Sciences, Math, or related technical field.
      • One to three years experience in a computer related field.
      • At least one of the following CompTIA A+, ACSP, or Microsoft Specialist certifications a plus.
