Section 1: Position Summary

This entry-level opportunity is ideal for a recent college graduate looking to launch a career in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience supporting recruiting operations, candidate experience initiatives, and key Talent Acquisition programs.

You will work alongside a team of strategic Talent Acquisition professionals, gaining exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle while building valuable skills in coordination, communication, and HR systems. This is an excellent opportunity to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact on how we attract and hire talent.

Section 2: Job Functions, Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support the recruiting process by scheduling interviews and coordinating logistics for candidates, Talent Acquisition Consultants, and hiring managers
  • Assist with planning and executing recruitment and campus events, including managing communications and registrations
  • Help administer key Talent Acquisition programs such as:
    • Employee Referral Program
    • Internship and Co-op Programs
    • Candidate Experience initiatives
    • Early career program
  • Learn and assist with onboarding activities, including initiating background checks, preparing offer documentation, and tracking new hires through HR systems
  • Coordinate candidate travel arrangements in partnership with Corporate Travel teams
  • Create and distribute surveys (e.g., hiring manager feedback) and assist in analyzing results
  • Support reporting efforts by compiling vendor and recruiting data using Excel and internal systems
  • Assist with vendor coordination and compliance updates
  • Participate in onboarding activities related to mergers and acquisitions
  • Help register for and prepare materials for college career fairs and recruiting events
  • Maintain inventory of recruiting materials and assist with employer branding efforts
  • Provide administrative and project support to the Talent Acquisition leadership team
  • Collaborate on special projects and gain exposure to broader HR initiatives
