Description:

Race Winning Brands (RWB) is the leading manufacturer of racing and high-performance parts sold to automotive and powersports markets. RWB is the preferred source for high-end pistons, engine blocks, cylinder heads, intake manifolds, connecting rods, crankshafts, clutches, transmissions, springs and other engine and driveline- related performance components.


RWB is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented part-time administrative assistant to support several Accounts Receivable and customer account initiatives. This role is ideal for a college student or someone seeking a flexible part-time position while gaining experience in finance and business operations. This will be a temporary role.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Scan and electronically organize approved RMAs, credit requests, and other customer documentation.
  • Attach documents to the appropriate customer accounts in Sage AR Automation.
  • Assist with requesting and tracking updated customer credit applications.
  • Enter and maintain customer information accurately.
  • Help collect and organize sales tax exemption certificates.
  • Track missing or incomplete documentation and follow up as needed.
  • Maintain organized electronic records and spreadsheets.
  • Protect confidential customer and company information.
  • Provide general administrative support for Accounts Receivable projects.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing a college degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working with electronic documents, spreadsheets, and business software.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat is preferred.
  • Ability to manage repetitive, detail-focused work accurately.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dependable and able to work independently.
  • Ability to handle confidential financial and customer information appropriately.
  • Coursework or experience in accounting, finance, or business administration.
  • Previous office or administrative experience.
  • Familiarity with accounts receivable, credit documentation, Sage, or Avalara.
