Job description

Accounts Payable Manager The Setai, Miami Beach Position Summary The Accounts Payable Manager is responsible for overseeing all accounts payable functions, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing, vendor payments, reconciliations, and compliance with company policies and accounting procedures in a luxury hospitality environment. Essential Responsibilities Manage daily accounts payable operations, including invoice review, coding, approvals, and payment processing. Maintain vendor relationships and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Coordinate check runs, ACH payments, wire transfers, and month-end reconciliations. Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies. Assist with audits and financial reporting as needed.

Supervise and support Accounts Payable team members. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Minimum 3-5 years of accounting or accounts payable experience, preferably in luxury hospitality.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience with accounting systems, Microsoft Excel, and hospitality software preferred. Ability to maintain confidentiality and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
