SCM Systems Analyst (Oracle ERP/SCM โ€“ Configurator & Order Management) โ€” 1-Year Contract (Hybrid, Maryville TN)

Overview

As an SCM Systems Analyst supporting the Oracle ERP & SCM technology team, you will serve as a technical liaison between business stakeholders and technology delivery teams to enable and enhance capabilities within the Oracle SCM portfolio. The team is midโ€‘way through a multi-year ERP rollout impacting40+ manufacturing plants, combining ongoing BAU support with continued delivery as the program moves from completed supply chain/distribution center rollouts into a pilot for a home building facility and beyond. This role requires an organized, highly effective Level II/III systems analyst who can quickly assess gaps, clarify next steps, and help drive solutions to completion.

Required Skills
  • Level II/III Systems Analyst experience with proven ability to be immediately effective in a delivery + support environment.
  • ERP experience (Oracle preferred), including experience supporting supply chain-related processes and manufacturing environments.
  • Strong requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation skills, including:
    • Requirements documentation
    • KDDs (Key Decision Documents)
    • Design documents
    • Process maps, data maps, and system/data flow documentation
  • Proven ability to translate stakeholder needs into clear technical specifications for development and shared services teams.
  • Proven ability to document integration patterns and general system architecture.
  • Intermediate knowledge of application development and design principles.
  • Intermediate to advanced data analysis skills, including ability to identify data relationships, perform transformation activities, and validate data integrity.
  • Experience collaborating with QA and development teams to review test cases, support system/integration testing, and facilitate UAT.
Nice to Have Skills
