Overview

Na Ali'i is looking for a Business Systems Analyst. The Business Systems Analyst will own the day-to-day administration of our Deltek Costpoint ERP environment and help our shared services teams get more out of it. The Business Systems Department (BSD) is the technology team behind the company's shared services functions, including Finance, Accounting, Contracts, HR, and Business Development, and as the company grows so does the demand for systems that are reliable, well-governed, and easy to use. This is a hands-on role with real ownership: keeping the system healthy, solving problems that matter to the business, and helping functional teams build the confidence to run their own processes. Costpoint experience is highly preferred.

The following reflects management's definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned.

  • Administer and maintain our Deltek Costpoint environment, including system configuration, approval workflows, and organizational and project structures.
  • Support core business functions across finance, accounting, projects, procurement, and time and expense by configuring the system to match how the business actually works.
  • Manage user access and security roles, keeping the system secure and aligned with least-privilege principles.
  • Coordinate system updates, testing, and releases so changes are stable, well-documented, and low-risk.
  • Support reporting and integrations, helping teams get accurate, consistent data out of the system and connecting Costpoint to other tools where needed.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for user questions, troubleshooting issues, and helping teams become more self-sufficient over time.
  • Create clear documentation and training so knowledge is shared, not siloed.
  • Grow into new systems and challenges as the company's technology footprint expands.
Qualifications

Skills / Qualifications: An ideal candidate should already possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

  • Hands-on experience administering or supporting a large ERP system such as Deltek Costpoint, SAP, Oracle, or Workday.

  • A problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical people.
  • A collaborative approach and a genuine interest in helping others succeed.

An excellent candidate would possess the following technical knowledge, skills, and abilities:

  • Direct Deltek Costpoint experience, ideally in a government contracting (GovCon) environment with awareness of DCAA compliance.
  • Experience configuring workflows and role-based security within an ERP platform.

Clearance: Must be able to obtain an active SECRET security clearance. Must be a U.S. citizen.

Education & Experience:

  • BA/BS preferably in a technical, analytical, or business discipline (such as computer science, information systems, accounting, or finance), or equivalent relevant work experience. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP administration and system configuration.
