Job description

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented and dependable Accounting Manager to join our team. This position plays an important role in the day-to-day accounting operations of the Club and works closely with the Controller to ensure financial transactions and records are processed accurately and timely.

The Accounting Manager will manage a variety of accounting functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, member billing, banking activities, payroll processing, and month-end accounting support.
Responsibilities include:
  • Posting member payments; maintaining member accounts; member billing.
  • Preparing bank deposits; reconciling daily receipts to the GL.
  • Processing vendor payments; reconcile monthly statements.
  • Employee onboarding; biweekly payroll processing; employee file maintenance.
  • Reconciling GL accounts, researching account discrepancies, assisting members with billing questions, maintaining accurate accounting records, managing tracking reports and assisting with special projects as requested by the Controller.
