What You'll Be Doing
Client Relationships
- Serve as the go-to advisor for your client portfolio
- Deliver strategic insights, tax planning, and advisory support
- Build long-lasting, trust-based partnerships with business owners through regular meetings and consistent communication
- Help maintain process excellence and ensure a smooth experience for both clients and the team
Accounting & Tax Oversight
- Oversee monthly accounting operations and tax processes
- Prepare business and personal tax returns (1120, 1120S, 1065, 990, 1040, and more)
- Ensure compliance and minimize risk across federal, state, and local levels
Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals
- Streamline workflows and implement best practices for efficiency
- Foster a collaborative, growth-minded team culture

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5-8+ years of accounting experience (public accounting or client-facing
experience preferred)
Strong understanding of:
- General ledger and reconciliations
- Financial statement preparation
- Multi-entity or multi-client environments
- Experience with QuickBooks Online (required)
- Experience with sales tax, payroll, and compliance filings
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Clear and professional communication skills
- CPA or EA is a plus, but not required
