Bilingual Office Administrator (Accounting/Bookkeeping)


Location: Marietta, GA

We are looking for a detail-oriented Bilingual Office Administrator to handle administrative duties, accounting, and bookkeeping. You will play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly while managing financial records, job costing, and other administrative tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and greet clients
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare invoices, process payments, and reconcile bank statements.
  • Assist with payroll processing and financial reporting.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and assist with client communications.
  • Support project managers with administrative tasks.
  • Track expenses and maintain accurate financial reports
  • Work with an external accountant or CPA for tax filing as needed

Qualifications:

  • 5 or more years of administrative and accounting experience.
  • Professional proficiency in English and Spanish required to communicate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks or similar preferred).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
  • Experience in the construction or remodeling industry (preferred)
  • Knowledge of invoicing for projects and job costing
  • Bookkeeping or accounting certification preferred

Pay and Benefits:

  • Full-time, W-2 employment
  • Pay Range: $45,000 to $55,000 per year. The salary depends on prior accounting/bookkeeping experience, familiarity with QuickBooks, and experience in the remodeling or construction industry.
