We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, self-starter who can multi-task effectively for a growing company. You will manage the day-to-day financial operations of a service company. Applicants should be honest, flexible, dependable, efficient, team-oriented, and have strong problem-solving skills.

Job Description is as follows, but not limited to:
  • Accounts Receivable, including receiving, processing, verifying invoices, and client communication
  • Accounts Payable including receiving, processing, verifying bills, and vendor communication
  • Account research to resolve billing discrepancies.
  • QuickBooks Online proficiency
  • General office duties such as filing, scanning, emailing, faxing, and photocopying.
  • Data entry, post bank activity, entering payroll, etc.
Skills/Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of accounting experience.
  • Quick Books proficiency
  • Strong Knowledge of GAAP
  • General Ledger competency.
  • Possess strong analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
  • Have the desire to deepen your accounting knowledge and skills
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be well organized.
  • Capacity to leverage technology for better outcomes.
  • Has an outgoing and enthusiastic personality with a great speaking voice and command of the English language.
  • Attention to detail and good communication skills
  • Filing/faxing/data entry/basic computer skills.
  • ServiceTitan and/or experience working in the home service industry is a plus
  • Team player!

COMPENSATION: Salary ranges from $25 to $35 per hour commensurate with experience, plus benefits and a long-term career path.
