Rossi Auto Group has proudly served the Washington, NJ area for over 40 years and is known for its strong local roots and commitment to employee development. We’re currently hiring an Entry-Level Accounting Office Clerk to join our growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity to upgrade your career with our successful, growing store! Automotive Accounting and/or Accounts Payable experience is preferred but we will train the right person! We value our employees and invest in their success.

Responsibilities – Accounting Office Clerk: 

  • Reconcile statements and issues payment to vendors
  • Maintain purchase orders, issuing purchase orders when necessary
  • Answer all vendor inquiries
  • Prepare analysis of accounts, as required
  • Stocking in cars, making lien payoffs, and monthly bank reconciliations
  • Perform other duties as requested


Qualifications/Requirements - Accounting Office Clerk:

  • Entry-level candidates welcome — we provide training!
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Basic understanding of accounting, bookkeeping, and cash management
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a team setting
  • DMV or dealership experience is a plus, but not required
  • Comfortable with answering phones and providing customer service
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Valid Driver's License and good driving record
