Location: Brooklyn Heights, OH
Salary Range: $45,000–$50,000/year + $1,000 sign-on bonus
Schedule: Monday–Thursday (32 hours per week)

Adecco is hiring a Direct Hire Accounting Associate for a growing company supporting multiple business entities. This is a great opportunity for an experienced accounting professional looking for work-life balance with a 4-day schedule and long-term stability.

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage Accounts Payable including reviewing, coding, and entering vendor invoices
  • Set up new vendors and perform account reconciliations
  • Support payroll by assisting with time collection, time-off tracking, and processing earnings and deductions
  • Handle Accounts Receivable by posting daily cash activity
  • Assist with general ledger tasks and maintain accurate financial records
  • Work across multiple entities within the organization
What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
  • Experience with accounting ERP systems (SAGE preferred)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Pay Details: $45,000.00 to $50,000.00 per year
