Salary Range: $45,000–$50,000/year + $1,000 sign-on bonus
Schedule: Monday–Thursday (32 hours per week)
Adecco is hiring a Direct Hire Accounting Associate for a growing company supporting multiple business entities. This is a great opportunity for an experienced accounting professional looking for work-life balance with a 4-day schedule and long-term stability.
What You’ll Do:- Manage Accounts Payable including reviewing, coding, and entering vendor invoices
- Set up new vendors and perform account reconciliations
- Support payroll by assisting with time collection, time-off tracking, and processing earnings and deductions
- Handle Accounts Receivable by posting daily cash activity
- Assist with general ledger tasks and maintain accurate financial records
- Work across multiple entities within the organization
What We’re Looking For:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
- Experience with accounting ERP systems (SAGE preferred)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

Pay Details: $45,000.00 to $50,000.00 per year
