Staffing Solutions Enterprises is seeking a detail-oriented Grant Accounting Specialist to support the financial management and reporting of grants and restricted funds. This role assists with grant compliance, budgeting, financial reporting, and accounting transactions while partnering with internal departments to ensure grant requirements are met.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor grant and restricted fund activity
  • Review expenses against approved budgets
  • Process billings, journal entries, and financial transactions
  • Assist departments with grant compliance requirements
  • Prepare financial reports and supporting documentation
  • Support audits and program reviews
  • Maintain accurate accounting records
Qualifications
