Office Assistant / Customer Service / Accounting Assistant

Location: Fostoria, OH
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | 3-4 Days Per Week

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant / Customer Service / Accounting Assistant to join our team in the Fostoria, OH area. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in administrative support, data entry, customer service, invoicing, and entry-level accounting functions.

The successful candidate will provide office support while assisting with customer and vendor account management, inventory data updates, invoicing, and accounts payable/accounts receivable activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general administrative assistant and office support duties
  • Process and maintain customer invoicing
  • Enter and update inventory data accurately
  • Complete routine data entry and recordkeeping tasks
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Update and maintain customer and vendor account information
  • Assist with entry-level accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
