Noble House Hotels and Resorts owns, manages, or operates a portfolio of 20+ luxury, independent hotels and resorts around the country, Canada and Mexico.
We are seeking a Senior Accountant Manager for our corporate office located in Kirkland, WA.

Requirements
What You Do:
Primary duties of Senior Accountant Manager include:
โ€ข Supervise and lead the accounting team in efficient and timely closing and reporting of financial results
โ€ข Review and ensure the accuracy of monthly accounting for corporate real estate entities
โ€ข Prepare quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements and other financial reports in accordance with US GAAP
โ€ข Prepare and update financial forecasts, cash flows, pro forma analysis, and budgets
โ€ข Manage cash balances and cash needs for corporate operations
โ€ข Facilitate international accounting with Mexico subsidiary and accounting firms
โ€ข Assist with annual external financial statements and tax reporting requirements with external CPA firms
โ€ข Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, including approving invoices, expense reports, and payments
โ€ข Collaborate with hotel property controllers and department managers to ensure property accounting is in compliance with US GAAP
โ€ข Oversee treasury management across multiple banking relationships
โ€ข Implement, document, and maintain effective SOPs, internal controls, and systems
โ€ข Manage department processes to create efficiencies and improvements
โ€ข Participate in ad hoc projects and assignments as needed
To be successful as the Senior Accountant Manager position, you:
  • Have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent; CPA is strongly preferred
  • Have 3+ years of corporate accounting, or equivalent experience in public accounting
  • Advanced Excel proficiency and fluency in Microsoft Office Suite (Work, Outlook, etc.)
  • Preferred background in real estate, hospitality or multi-unit/multi-company accounting
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Enjoy working in a hands-on, collaborative environment where no 2 days are the same.
  • Ability to prioritize well. You know how to handle many small transactions for lots of corporate entities, rather than lots of transactions for one company
  • Proven experience with multi-business operations and intercompany consolidations
  • Strong attention to detail and can be both hands-on and strategic
  • Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
