The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico:
The Manager, Enterprise Financial Operations & Transformation is responsible for the governance and execution of Business Solutions' enterprise cost allocation ("brochure") processes while providing financial ownership of the transformation investment portfolio. This role ensures accurate allocation methodologies, government compliance, financial transparency, and disciplined investment management across Business Solutions. Serving as the enterprise process owner, this leader partners closely with FP&A, Accounting, Government Compliance, Business Solution domains, and Global Delivery to ensure financial integrity while supporting strategic transformation initiatives.
What You Will Do
  • Own the end-to-end Business Solutions brochure allocation methodology, including allocation drivers, cost pools, rate calculations, and annual methodology reviews.
  • Partner with Accounting to ensure accurate monthly cost allocations while supporting government compliance requirements related to indirect rates and cost recoveries.
  • Develop executive reporting and financial insights on allocated costs, recovery performance, and key allocation metrics.
  • Serve as the financial process owner for the Business Solutions transformation portfolio, maintaining dedicated cost centers and financial structures for all initiatives.
  • Monitor transformation budgets, forecasts, actual spend, and forecast-to-complete, providing financial analysis and recommendations.
  • Support business case development, funding requests, and partner with FP&A to track investment realization and financial benefits.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain financial governance policies, standard operating procedures, and internal controls.
  • Identify opportunities to automate financial operations, standardize processes, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that strengthen financial governance, support business transformation, and drive continuous process improvement.
  • This position will reference written work instructions for guidance with daily job activities. Work instructions are available in English only.

Qualifications You Must Have
  • A University Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
  • 7+ years of FP&A, controllership, or financial operations experience.
  • Experience working with cost allocations and shared services.
  • Advanced Excel, Power BI, SAP/ERP experience.
  • Demonstrated process improvement and leadership experience.

Qualifications We Prefer
  • Experience supporting government contracting or regulated environments preferred.
