What You’ll Do:
Navitas is seeking a highly qualified Program Manager (PM) to serve as the overall lead and single accountable manager for Task Order (TO) performance. The PM will act as the primary interface with Government leadership, including the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), Technical Point of Contact (TPOC), and other authorized stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership, disciplined program execution, and the ability to manage complex, multi-location teams supporting mission-critical initiatives.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Serve as the single point of accountability for overall Task Order performance, ensuring successful delivery of all contractual requirements
  • Act as the primary liaison between Navitas and Government stakeholders, including COR, TPOC, and program leadership
  • Provide leadership, management, coordination, and quality assurance across all contractor activities
  • Direct and coordinate cross-functional teams operating across multiple locations and mission areas
  • Ensure disciplined execution of program plans, schedules, and governance processes
  • Deliver regular status briefings to Government leadership, including updates on cost, schedule, performance, and risk
  • Maintain full program visibility and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Ensure timely communication, escalation, and resolution of issues to support informed Government decision-making
  • Provide on-demand support during core hours, including real-time status reporting and issue resolution
What You’ll Need:
  • Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of recent experience managing programs, contracts, or task orders of similar size, scope, and complexity
  • Demonstrated experience applying adaptive program management methodologies (e.g., Agile, hybrid Agile/Waterfall)
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex delivery environments
  • Current certification such as PMP, PgMP, or equivalent from a recognized organization
Set Yourself Apart With:
  • Experience supporting enterprise architecture and governance in federated or matrixed environments
  • Familiarity with enterprise processes and standards across cloud platforms, data environments, cybersecurity, or digital modernization initiatives
  • Experience supporting Federal Government or Department of Defense programs
  • Proven ability to engage senior Government stakeholders and coordinate across multiple contractors and mission partners
