-performing, future-ready TA function that enables business growth across Sun Life U.S. As the Director, TA, you will operate as an enterprise leader, people leader and strategic integrator - translating business priorities into talent strategies, aligning teams and partners around shared outcomes and shaping a TA ecosystem that is data-driven, AI-enables and built for scale.

  • Partner with senior leaders, HR Business Partners and cross-functional stakeholders to shape talent strategies and guide hiring decisions.
  • Lead the delivery of TA outcomes across direct and matrixed teams, empowering others to own outcomes while maintaining high standards, consistency and accountability.
  • Lead and deliver strategic TA initiatives that evolve tools, processes and ways of working.
  • Translate market insights and workforce trends into actionable sourcing strategies and internal mobility approaches.

Your actual base salary will be determined based on your unique skills, qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location. In addition to your base salary, this position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive award based on your individual performance as well as the overall performance of the business.
