  • Lead and grow Equativ’s U.S. national sales organization across New York, Chicago/mid-market, the West Coast, and Canada
  • Set clear priorities and align the North American national sales team on growth strategy
  • Build a performance-driven culture with clear expectations, support, and accountability
  • Coach and develop sales leaders and individual contributors across all regions
  • Establish operating rhythms for pipeline reviews, forecasting, account planning, performance conversations, and business reviews
  • Evaluate team operations and improve focus, execution, and performance
  • Own national sales performance and deliver revenue and new-business goals
  • Personally open doors, build relationships, and create new opportunities
  • Develop relationships with holding companies, independent agencies, and brands
  • Identify whitespace across accounts, agencies, and regions
  • Keep net-new business and prospecting central while growing existing accounts
  • Establish metrics and use data to identify performance issues and deal bottlenecks
  • Partner with leadership on coverage, territories, goals, incentives, and resource allocation
  • Introduce fresh approaches to prospecting, client engagement, storytelling, and new business
  • Identify practical applications of AI for prospecting, account intelligence, preparation, and client engagement
  • Partner with Partnerships, Marketing, Product, and Client Services while retaining ownership of National Sales

  • Strong track record of revenue growth, new logo acquisition, and new business development
  • Deep, established relationships across major holding companies and independent agencies
  • Credibility to engage senior decision-makers directly
  • History of turning relationships into new opportunities
  • Experience leading quota-carrying sales teams across multiple markets or regions
  • Strong command of pipeline, forecasting, conversion, and productivity metrics
