Job description

Recruitment Manager – Healthcare Staffing (In-Office Leadership Role):

Worldwide Medical Staffing (WWM)
Mesa, AZ – In-Office Required

Compensation:
Base + Performance Compensation: $85,000 – $200,000
About Worldwide Medical Staffing:
Worldwide Medical Staffing (WWM) is a healthcare staffing firm specializing in government and underserved healthcare markets, including federal, state, and tribal facilities nationwide. We recruit physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and allied health professionals under contract-driven, compliance-heavy environments. This role is built for an experienced healthcare staffing leader, not a general recruiting manager.
Role Overview:
WWM is seeking a hands-on Recruitment Manager with direct healthcare staffing experience to lead and develop an in-office recruiting team of 10+ recruiters. This role requires daily on-site leadership, accountability, coaching, and execution. Candidates without healthcare staffing agency experience will not be considered.
Non-Negotiable Requirements (Read Carefully):
  • 5+ years of healthcare recruiting management experience.
  • Direct experience managing a team of 10 or more recruiters.
  • Healthcare staffing agency background required.
  • (physicians, APPs, RNs, allied health — hospital or corporate HR experience alone does not qualify).
  • Proven success in contract-based or high-volume healthcare recruiting.
  • Strong working knowledge of healthcare credentialing, licensing, and compliance workflows.
  • Ability and willingness to lead an in-office recruiting team in Mesa, AZ.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily in-office leadership to a team of healthcare recruiters.
  • Drive full-cycle recruiting across physicians, APPs, RNs, and allied professionals.
  • Establish and enforce recruiter productivity standards, KPIs, and accountability.
  • Coach, train, and develop recruiters to exceed placement goals.
  • Partner with credentialing, compliance, and sales teams to meet contract timelines.
  • Manage recruiting priorities tied to government and institutional contracts.
  • Optimize sourcing strategies in competitive and hard-to-fill markets.
  • Maintain real-time visibility into pipeline health, submittals, and starts.
  • Build a performance-driven, team-oriented recruiting culture.

Preferred (Strong Plus):
  • Government healthcare staffing experience.
  • (IHS, VA, DoD, BOP, state or tribal contracts).
  • Experience recruiting for underserved or rural healthcare facilities.
  • History of scaling recruiting teams during periods of rapid growth.
  • Data-driven recruiting leadership with measurable results.

What We Offer:
  • $85K–$200K total compensation (base + performance incentives).
  • Executive visibility and direct impact on company growth.
  • Stable, in-office team environment with strong leadership support.
  • Opportunity to lead in a mission-driven organization serving critical healthcare needs.
  • Long-term growth and advancement opportunities.
