The person who crushes this role will be competitive enough to hate losing, but mature enoughto understand that the manager wins when the team wins.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and manage field sales representatives
  • Develop productive reps and help new hires progress through their ramp successfully
  • Give representatives the coaching, resources, and field support they need to succeed
  • Run sales meetings, one-on-ones, pipeline reviews, and scorecard accountability
  • Coach in the field through ride-alongs, inspections, in-home appointments, and live sales situations
  • Make sure leads are assigned quickly and worked consistently
  • Identify what is preventing individual reps from succeeding and coach them toward improvement
  • Remove obstacles that are preventing good reps from performing at their potential
