RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform basic and routine accounting functions
  • Assist with Accounts Payable and Receivable processes; reconcile and prepare daily cash deposit, credit card deposit, update receivable ledger
  • Post accounts payable invoices
  • Prepare accounts payable checks
  • Research and answer receivable and vendor inquiries
  • Answering and transferring phone calls to appropriate departments
  • Handle all warranty and aftermarket cancellations
  • Assist in processing car deals
  • Process contracts and related vehicle sales documentation, ensure accuracy and timeliness

Qualifications

  • 2 years experience working in Accounting role
  • Automotive dealership experience is an asset 
  • Positive attitude & very outgoing personality
  • Exceptional written & oral communication skills
  • Ability to multi task
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills are a must
