Job Description
You are a team player who cares about customer service. As an Accounts Payable/Office Assistant with Miller's Health Systems, you will work with other corporate and facility staff to support the facilities and the corporate office. You use your knowledge of accounting practices and your attention for details to help achieve department goals. Some of your duties will include:
  • Working within the AP systems to maintain AP aging, purchase journals, G/L coding & entry
  • Maintaining AP files
  • Research vendor and facility questions regarding payment
  • Perform general office duties including, but not limited to, providing customer service at the front desk, answering phones, and maintaining document storage
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Education - High school diploma or the equivalent.
Experience - Previous accounting-related experience preferred.
Skills - Good written and verbal communication skills. Experience with 10-key calculator and computers. Must be well organized and detail oriented.
