Job description

Mission

Within the sales department, the Business Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing client accounts in the motorsports sector. He or she acts as a partner to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) by developing lasting business relationships and contributing to the process from the initial solution through to the final product.


The position combines client account management, business development, and technical collaboration in a manufacturing environment.


In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of client accounts
  • Identify and develop business opportunities with existing and potential clients
  • Promote the company’s services and product solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong, lasting, and profitable business relationships
  • Ensure client satisfaction and follow up on projects
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, design, operations)
  • Contribute to the development of growth plans and strategies for your client portfolio
  • Use sales tools (e.g., CRM/Salesforce) to track activities
  • Produce sales and activity reports for management
  • Monitor the market and client needs
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of sales practices
