  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure creative concepts meet client needs and brand standards.
  • Track and manage leads, activities, and opportunities using Meadow’s CRM system.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and local market developments.
  • Actively represent Meadow in the community through business events, networking, and local partnerships.
  • Maintain professionalism and enthusiasm as a trusted brand ambassador.

What You Bring

  • 2–5 years of outside sales experience (advertising preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • A proactive, goal-oriented mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for helping clients succeed.
  • Confidence in prospecting and closing deals while maintaining integrity and transparency.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and follow-up skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Why You’ll Love Working with Meadow

  • Be part of a family-owned company that values integrity, creativity, and teamwork.
  • See your work make a visible difference in communities across your territory.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team that celebrates wins and shares knowledge.
  • A competitive, commission-based compensation program.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including [health, dental, vision, 401(k), etc.].
  • Ongoing training and professional growth opportunities.

Additional Details

  • Reports To: General Sales Manager
  • Work Environment: Combination of office, field, and remote work.
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with flexibility for client meetings and travel.
  • Employment Offer – Is contingent upon passing a criminal and DMV background check.
