Our company designs and manufactures specialized laboratory equipment that supports scientists, researchers, and industry professionals in environments where accuracy and performance matter.  Through our commitment to developing dependable technology and understanding the evolving needs of our customers, we have established a strong reputation within the laboratory equipment industry.
As our organization continues to grow, we are looking to add an Account Manager to our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, learning technical products, and developing long-term business relationships. 
Job Duties: 

  • Manage a portfolio of established customer accounts and strengthen relationships to support long-term partnerships. 
  • Consult with customers to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products, equipment, or solutions. 
  • Prepare accurate quotes based on customer requirements, product specifications, pricing, and availability. 
  • Oversee orders throughout the entire process, from initial entry and processing through shipment and delivery. 
  • Partner with production, operations, and logistics teams to coordinate availability, scheduling, and on-time fulfillment. 
  • Keep customers informed by monitoring open orders and communicating updates regarding availability, production status, and delivery expectations. 
  • Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products while staying informed on new offerings, industry developments, and emerging technologies. 

Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience; customer service, sales support, or industrial experience a plus. 
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management. 
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach. 
  • Mechanical/ technical aptitude. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems.
