Job description

Vyond helps tens of thousands of organizations tell their stories through video. As an Account Manager on our Core Sales team, you will champion this base of SMB accounts, driving retention and unlocking expansion opportunities. This is a high-volume, high-impact role focused on steady, incremental wins helping customer scale their usage as their needs grow.

What you do
  • Drive account expansion. Identify teams and use cases where Vyond can deliver more value. Proactively engage customers to expand platform adoption and scale their internal video capabilities. This is the heart of the role.

  • Secure timely renewals. Manage the renewal lifecycle seamlessly, ensuring high retention by continuously reinforcing the business impact of our platform.

  • Manage a thriving portfolio. Oversee a large, dynamic base of accounts with high organization and precision, keeping your pipeline and CRM (Salesforce) meticulously accurate.

  • Execute value-driven outreach. Conduct targeted communication via email and phone, directly tied to product usage data and clear business milestones. We prioritize meaningful customer outcomes over simple open rates.

  • Leverage the sales stack. Use a modern toolset to work efficiently, spot growth signals quickly, and stay organized.

What we expect

Use AI and automation to scale your impact across a large account base—leveraging tools not for complexity, but to maintain a high standard of consistent, proactive engagement. Every expansion conversation should be rooted in a deep understanding of the customer's operational goals and actual product usage. The account managers who excel here are highly organized, operationally steady, and quick to translate customer health metrics into growth opportunities.

What you bring
  • Proven SaaS experience: Background in account management or customer growth, successfully driving retention and expansion across a diverse SMB portfolio.

  • A track record of value-driven growth: Demonstrated success in expanding account value, uncovering upsell opportunities, and securing long-term renewals through strategic adoption.

  • Operational excellence: Exceptional organizational systems with the ability to move quickly across multiple accounts without sacrificing attention to detail.

Sales tech fluency: Deep familiarity with a modern commercial stack (Salesforce, sales engagement platforms, and data enrichment tools) to identify customer intent signals and automate routine workflows.
