Job Duties
  • Manage daily operations for national accounts, including customer communication, order management, and issue resolution.
  • Lead weekly meetings with customers to review performance, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
  • Grow sales within the national account by building relationships with field partners and conducting product training at national accounts locations.
  • Travel to customer sites to support account growth, strengthen partnerships, and increase product awareness.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with large prospective customers to drive revenue growth.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and projects are executed successfully.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships while delivering high levels of service and support.
  • Overnight travel required up to 75% of the time. (Weekly travel that includes 1-2 nights a week)

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of sales, account management, or business development experience.
