Job description

For this position we are prioritizing candidates with specific industry experience and existing relationships within the safety services sector.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Develop and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with clients.
  • Participate in business development efforts to expand relationships and uncover new prospects (see note below regarding work hours).
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, safety personnel, etc.) to meet client objectives.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of services and solutions based on client needs.
  • Proactively communicate client feedback, requirements, and expectations to internal teams.
  • Manage multiple client projects concurrently, balancing priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Forecast and monitor key account metrics, such as revenue, margin, and project timelines.
  • Coordinate internal resources to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, agreements, and project progress

Experience Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, business development, or client services-preferably in industrial services, safety, or construction-related industries.
