Reporting to the VP, Digital & eCommerce, this role requires the ability to quickly understand complex challenges, build strong stakeholder relationships, and drive initiatives from concept through measurable outcomes. • Contribute across a range of marketing focus areas, including reputation management, retention and loyalty, local/field programs, digital content, and more as priorities evolve.
  • Capture and document learnings, processes, and results to support program scalability and continuous improvement.

About You
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, consulting, or cross-functional program management, with a track record of navigating ambiguity across varied projects.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability- you proactively identify what needs to be done and reliably follow through.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a growth mindset-you enjoy tackling new challenges, asking insightful questions, and quickly learning new domains.
  • Solid analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and the ability to structure data and form clear, data-backed perspectives.
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to build trust across diverse teams-from technical partners to creative and brand stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, capable of managing multiple workstreams while adapting to changing priorities.
