Location: Falls Church, VA; San Antonio, TX; Huntsville, AL
Travel: Up to 25%
Clearance: Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance required

Summary/Objective
Five Stones Research Corporation (5SRC) is seeking energetic candidates to join our established and growing Huntsville-headquartered team. THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD.
Essential Functions
  • Responsible for the full execution, coordination, and quality of all work performed under the contract.
  • Ensures that all contractual requirements are carried out efficiently, accurately, and in strict compliance with the Performance Work Statement, while functioning as the primary liaison between contractor staff and Government leadership.
  • Acts with full authority on matters related to day-to-day operations and must remain accessible during standard duty hours to support Government needs and maintain continuous oversight of contract performance.
  • Directs all personnel, including Senior Network Engineers and distributed technical staff, ensuring effective workload management, quality assurance, and adherence to policies, technical standards, cybersecurity requirements, and established Service Level Agreements.
  • Coordination with the COR, CO, and other Government stakeholders; leadership of all transition in and transition out activities; oversight of emergency and contingency operations; and the management of required reporting, documentation, and performance metrics.
  • Accountable for personnel actions, training compliance, clearance processing, and Key Personnel requirements while ensuring no lapses in support or coverage.
  • Oversees issue resolution, escalation management, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring timely and accurate response to incidents, problems, and change requests.
  • Monitors trends, mitigates risks, and enforces a Quality Control Plan while supporting the Government's Quality Assurance framework.
  • Executes strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage a large, geographically distributed workforce in a complex, dynamic DoD healthcare IT environment.

Required Education and Experience
  • Minimum 12 years of professional experience in IT, network operations, program management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing a program or technical workforce of 40 or more personnel.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Valid Security+ certification (or equivalent IAT/IAM cyber certification such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or other DoD approved cybersecurity credential).
  • Demonstrated experience supervising distributed technical teams and delivering performance in complex environments.
  • Strong background managing large scale IT programs, service delivery contracts, or network operations.
