Job description

The Data Center Infrastructure Delivery team at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is a dynamic group of professionals dedicated to delivering state-of-the-art data center facilities at scale and at pace. This team comprises experienced project managers who work collaboratively with vendors and internal teams to ensure the successful execution of complex data center infrastructure and network projects. They bring a wealth of expertise in project management and technical acumen, ensuring that our data center infrastructure delivery meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and sustainability. This team plays a crucial role in supporting Oracle Cloud Infrastructure's data needs and driving our growth and success.

In this role, you will be part of the New Region & Mult-cloud delivery TPM team within the Data Center Delivery organization and own the end-to-end execution of various data center infrastructure projects Your ability to anticipate and mitigate risks to data center delivery will be crucial in maintaining project timelines. This is a high-impact role that will lead, drive, and ensure the successful delivery of critical data center infrastructure builds in our roadmap. The role comes with a high degree of personal accountability and autonomy and will require effective engagement across various stakeholders including design, engineering, operations, supply chain, outside vendors and network delivery.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $102,300 to $209,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  • Own end-to-end delivery of multiple data center infrastructure projects concurrently.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and costs.
  • Project Management: Oversee all phases of build, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement long-term strategies aimed at reducing complexity and increasing speed of delivery for data center infrastructure projects. 
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
