Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and coordinate Service Orders, RTS, TES, and parts disposition in alignment with CE and Supply Chain processes.
  • Maintain materials, tooling, and spares readiness; lead weekly parts reviews with Spares Planning and FSO.
  • Own operational KPI tracking and reporting (SO cycle time, IWN quality, materials aging, training compliance, productivity).
  • Analyze trends, identify risks, and drive standard countermeasures; track corrective actions to closure.
  • Support workforce productivity through scheduling coordination, timecard accuracy, and coverage planning.
  • Maintain SOPs, BKMs, and CE documentation; support onboarding, training compliance, and competency tracking.
  • Conduct quality checks on IWN documentation, SO compliance, parts handling, and ARK verifications.
  • Prepare materials and summaries for customer visits, audits, and operational reviews.
  • Own operational administration: IWN updates, iCapability Plus approvals, SO administration, TES workflows, parts returns, WIP/WDRs/OnDemand billing, and install base accuracy.

  • Direct impact on service efficiency, quality, cost, and customer satisfaction.
  • Interfaces with CE, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Training, and Customers.
  • No direct people management; may lead process improvements and cross-functional actions.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience in field service operations, CE support, logistics, or semiconductor equipment environments.
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with service management or workflow systems.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Customer Engineers / Field Service Engineers.
  • Knowledge of materials logistics, RMAs, TES, and Service Order workflows.
  • Familiarity with Applied Materials CE processes and BKMs.
  • Experience with KPI tracking and continuous improvement.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
