Location expectations:
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

U.S. Bank is seeking an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst to join the Security Access Operations team. This role is responsible for provisioning and managing user and privileged access across enterprise systems, supporting Active Directory environments, and ensuring secure, timely access delivery in a high-volume operational setting.

This person will work in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment, managing access requests, supporting escalations, and partnering with both onshore and offshore teams to maintain secure and efficient access controls. The role requires strong hands-on execution, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage complex provisioning scenarios across multiple systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Process incoming access requests and manage provisioning queues
  • Perform user and privileged access provisioning across systems, including applications, databases, and email
  • Support Active Directory account management and access control tasks
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex or failed requests from offshore support teams
  • Review and validate work completed by offshore partners
  • Execute database-related access provisioning tasks as needed
  • Perform access hygiene and cleanup activities, including data analysis in spreadsheets
  • Create and execute change tasks to support provisioning and remediation efforts
  • Ensure all work is completed within defined SLAs and operational standards
  • Support credential vaulting using tools such as CyberArk or HashiCorp
  • Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to critical access issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on operational and project-based initiatives
  • Proactively troubleshoot issues and escalate risks when necessary
Must Have Skills:
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Active Directory
  • 1-3 years of Identity & Access Management (IAM) or access provisioning experience
  • Experience with scripting (PowerShell and/or Python)
  • Foundational knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with Unix/Linux environments
  • Familiarity with privileged access tools such as CyberArk, HashiCorp, or similar
  • Experience with database access provisioning
  • Experience working in SLA-driven, ticket or queue-based environments

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $81,515.00 - $95,900.00
